How To...... Love Your Body

Love Your Body....

1.) Look in the mirror and list all the things you like.

2.) Vow a pact with a friend to avoid "fat talk," like asking, "Do I look fat in this?" or criticizing others.

3.) Keep a journal of all the good things your body lets you do, such as take a walk or hug your child.
